Pastor
Brad Moore
Brother Brad was called to Spring Creek in June of 2008. He previously pastored near Waco for over six years. He is passionately committed to teaching the truth of Scripture and how it applies to people’s everyday lives. Currently working on a doctorate of ministry in evangelistic church growth, Brad is leading the Spring Creek Family to be a Great Commission church that takes the Good News of Jesus to our city and to the ends of the earth.
He and his wife, Robin, have four children whom Robin home schools. According to Brad, “Thank God for sweet, beautiful Christian women… with questionable taste in men!”
Worship Minister
Brian Brinkmann
Brian Brinkmann is Minister of Music and Worship, coming to Spring Creek in January 2001. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning undergraduate degrees in Theology and a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages.
Raised in a military family, Brian came to Texas from Florida to attend Seminary, and resides here in Weatherford with his two teens, Sarah and Benjamin. Brian is passionate about worship, believing it is primarily a matter of the heart, and the responsibility of every believer to worship God in Spirit and in truth.
A licensed electrician, he also works as Operations Manager and Designer/Estimator for an electrical contracting firm.
Student Minister
Jeff Carr
Originally from Weatherford, Jeff followed the development of Spring Creek's Student Ministry long before he ever came on staff as student minister. He followed the ministry because of a close relationship with the church staff over many years and from being on staff at the Intensity youth camps Spring Creek often attended. In 2007, Jeff and his wife, Amy, moved back to Weatherford in order to come on board at the church.
From the first leadership conference he attended 2002, he has never missed an opportunity to glean from other leaders in youth ministry and broaden his vision to reach young people. Jeff's own track record in ministry and his heart for teenagers allow him to be in his element at Spring Creek, whether communicating on stage or connecting with young people one on one.
